What is Post Warranty Support Services?
Post Warranty Support Services allow HP Commercial printers to receive support for up to 180 days after the expiration of their warranty or Care Pack. This service can be purchased to extend coverage and enhance equipment availability and productivity.
When can I purchase Post Warranty Care Pack coverage?
You can purchase Post Warranty Care Pack coverage from November 1, 2024, to April 30, 2025. If you buy it within 90 days before your current warranty expires, the coverage will start the day after your warranty ends. If purchased up to 180 days after warranty expiration, coverage begins on the purchase date.
Are there any restrictions on the Post Warranty offer?
Yes, there are some restrictions. The HP printer must be in good working order, and the offer does not apply to A3 MFP Devices. Additionally, service levels and response times may vary based on your geographic location. For more details, you can visit www.hp.com/go/cpc.
